7. Limitation of Liability
Hum apni services me best effort dete hain, lekin specific results guarantee nahi karte (especially ads aur SEO me). External factors like algorithm changes, competition se results affected ho sakte hain.
8. Termination
Either party 15 days notice ke saath engagement end kar sakti hai. Due payments clear karne honge.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes pehle mutual discussion se solve karenge. Agar nahi hua, to Gujarat, India ki courts me jurisdiction hogi.
10. Changes to Terms
Hum in terms ko update kar sakte hain. Major changes website pe notify karenge.
